Veteran TV presenter Sir The Estate Of Sir Michael Parkinson has announced plans to work with Waitrose, hosting a series of shows in which he'll interview celebrities and chefs, to be broadcast on Waitrose TV in the spring.

Parkinson will also contribute to free weekly newspaper Waitrose Weekend, and he commented that the project 'allows me to indulge in two of my favourite things - good food and interesting conversation'.
